3. Service Terms and Conditions

Diagnostic Services

  • Free diagnostics are provided for repair estimates
  • Diagnostic time is typically 24-48 hours
  • Complex diagnostics may require additional time
  • Customers will be contacted before any chargeable work begins

Repair Services

  • All repair quotes are valid for 30 days
  • Additional issues discovered during repair will require customer approval before proceeding
  • Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and complexity
  • Rush services are available at additional cost

Data and Privacy

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect customer data during repairs
  • Customers are responsible for backing up data before service
  • We are not liable for data loss during repairs
  • Customer data may be accessed only as necessary for repair purposes

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

No-Fix, No-Fee Policy

  • If we cannot repair your device, you pay nothing for the repair attempt
  • Diagnostic fees may still apply for complex analysis
  • Parts costs are non-refundable once installed
  • This policy applies to repair services only, not data recovery or consultation

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

  • All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Warranty covers the specific issue repaired, not unrelated problems
  • Warranty is void if device is damaged by customer or third party
  • Customer tampering or unauthorized repairs void the warranty

Parts Warranty

  • New parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable
  • Used or refurbished parts carry our 90-day warranty
  • Warranty replacement parts may be refurbished equivalents
  • Labor for warranty repairs is provided at no charge

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
  • Customers assume responsibility for backing up important data
  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective services

7. Customer Responsibilities

Device Preparation

  • Remove all personal and confidential data or ensure it is properly backed up
  • Provide accurate device passwords and access information
  • Remove any security locks or encryption that may impede repairs
  • Provide complete and accurate problem descriptions

Property Collection

  • Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion
  • Storage fees of £5 per day apply after 30 days
  • Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 90 days
  • Customers must provide valid identification when collecting devices

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and functionality of our website and marketing materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our materials
  • Reverse engineer our proprietary processes or methods

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmitting viruses or malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfering with other customers' use of our services
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening our staff

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution

Customer Complaints

  • We strive to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly
  • Complaints should be made in writing within 14 days of service completion
  • We will investigate and respond to complaints within 7 business days
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to alternative dispute resolution

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • Supplier delays or parts shortages
  • Power outages or telecommunications failures
  • Labor disputes or transportation disruptions

13. Modifications to Terms
